CEO · LankaMe Japan Co., Ltd.

Okuda Shintaro joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as a new graduate, working on automotive and transportation-related businesses in the company’s then machinery and transportation systems division. He was subsequently posted to Brazil.

After returning to Japan, he started his own business and began operating from a Hong Kong base in 2021. Building on the success of LankaMe, his private charter service in Sri Lanka, he returned to Japan and launched private charter services in Hokkaido.

The Story Behind OkinawaVia

OkinawaVia carries forward what we learned through LankaMe, our private charter service in Sri Lanka, and our journeys in Hokkaido: a good trip begins with understanding how each traveller wants to spend their time.

In Okinawa, that might mean a coastal drive, a quiet village lane or a long lunch by the sea. The places you want to see can be far apart, and a rewarding day needs room for road conditions, opening hours and unhurried stops.

We bring those details together through English trip planning and transport arranged with professional local operators. From an airport arrival to a multi-day journey, our aim is to help you enjoy Okinawa at your own pace.

“Via” is about the route you take—and the moments you discover along the way.
